Fashion Look Book of the week/Off the shoulder fashion

Hello and welcome! It is Tuesday yesterday I filmed a Get Ready with me video with Outfit of the day and wore as off the should flower red dress that its inspired me for this blog and that is showing different style of different off the should tops and dresses.

So this one is from River Island and the style of it was like my dress yesterday and I do like patterned off the shoulder dresses and this one is perfect as like mine, it can be a good casual dress or with some Jewellery and sandaled shoes great for dressing up in the evening.

This style above is a lovely Off the Shoulder one from Boohoo who do some great pieces and if you have a wedding to go to or your going to Ladies Day Horse Racing event then this is perfect and £18.

This is one that is so stylish and full of colour. It what I call Spearmint colour and I love this blude. This from a retailer called ShopStyle and I love these types of straps. It is effortlessly flattering and can be worn all year round as tunic or with tights in the colder months.

Then you have to Off the Shoulder top and this one with this pale pink is a colour I love to wear, and this is from a new retailer I have discovered called Vencano and is a real good price.

This top is gorgeous and definitely one I am going to keep my eye on, and will invest in at some point cause they are great to wear with a smar suit jacket or with a white Denim Jean jacket I’ve got, and great with a long white skirt.

Again great for a Wedding or for going to the races, or you are still gonna have a beach holiday or by the UK Seaside towns.

The hair colour picture is one that I am visioning myself with as looking to dye my hair again of that colour with some of this Off the Shoulder fashion. I love creating different looks and excites me a lot.

I love trying different looks as it makes my wardrobe be a place that I can open up and smile. I never have the fear now, of not having anything to wear.

Fashion Look Book Thursday/Dress down day at the office

Not done this post for a few weeks as I wanted to give you a chance to catch up and so here is a new Fashion Look Book for Thursday the beginning of a new month.

So as it July I like to wear light clothing and still 99% wearing leggins but I do like items that I can feel stylish but comfortable at the same time. Here is vision look book I have put together from different stores that you may like.

top from Shein under £6

This is the kind of top I am talking about it from my 2020-21 favourite online store Shein and this kind of top makes casual look elegant and like the picture bring out your skin tone.

It is so flattering that the price is astonishing going on this top. Its under £6.

The top below is also from Shien and is under £8 yet very chic and one you could wear all year round.

Their tops are very flattering and I could shop endlessly on their site as they do a great range of tops and womens clothing.

I have also seen some cropped jeans in H&M and I miss having a pair of these in my wardrobe and under £20 and here is an example:

I like effortlessly clothing that is lightweight, not difficult to wash or put on, just easy layed back clothes that with a good set of open toed shoes like the image above dressing it casual with a touch of glam and can wear with ballet type shoes or feminine type trainers.

Then there is the bag, and i have been using my rucksack stylish bag bought from Amazon at again at a great price and can be worn over the shoulder, carried or that fit nicely around my arms and making the outfit a professional dress down day for work too.

The one above isn’t one I have but caught my eye and gives it that interesting and not just a working girl vibe.

So, you can make your outfit bright and clean cut, its all about the colour and standing out to be a fashionable working girl but professional too.

Fashion pieces like Tops and shoes For Going Back to work

Hello and welcome! Here is a new blog post talking about fashion look for going back to work and the kind of clothes I used to wear when working in a Call Centre and other office type jobs.

The first one is tops, shirts and blouses.

I love having different styles of tops, shirts and blouses to wear and adding a bit of colour. So I have top on today which is from TU Sainsbury’s bought last year and here is a top from their collection of 2021.

VILA Polka Dot Print Top

I love a top with pattern and I have this kind of top which has a pendelum bottom to it and I love animal print and like above Polka dots. For me it is looking smart but stylish and has a bit of charactor for me.

If you are allowed to expose your shoulders and you work in an office which is warm and you need to wear something light than first of all I light pale colours and the top above is of my favourite pink.

It is suttle but still different from wearing a plain shirt which for me is boring and so this spring pink is perfect for the working 9-5 work and still feel cool and light to wear.

The above top I like this style and kind of like the top I wore today that ties up at the front and the colour above is one I love, it brings the office look be more interesting and I find colour just makes it modern yet the top above will never go outdated and just good to wear something different compared to the norm.

They are just timeless yet can be worn out of office and dressed up with Jewellry with a pair of slingback sandals from wearing Office court shoes.

Pink Patent Cross Strap Sandal

These are versitile sandals in that they can be worn throughout the spring and summer, but when just popping around in doors come Autumn and Winter.

These are great to style up and down and still be tailored and can be dressed up with a nice pair of smart trousers or jeans.

I think Tu Sainsbury’s has really been a winner for me in the last year and shows how you can be stylish but for very little expense.

Adding to your wardrobe in the summer

So I have all the clothes I need for this summer and so filmed a video of What I like to wear in the week video of some of the outfits I go to alot of the time.

I love sleeveless tops, vest tops and easy breathable clothing.

I like to add colour and pattern to my wardrobe and there are some really good items that I have seen in stores such as H&M that I would like to pick up as I like their plain tops and very reasonably priced.

It is stores like H&M that cater for adults male and female and for kids too.

I don’t like to spend too much on clothes but have enough that can make my wardrobe interesting and want to wear all of them that I do often change what I am wearing through out the day.

I love that they do low end priced clothes like their casual wear to items you can choose for like an office based wardrobe and create work capsule wardrobe.

I is a store I like to look in and occasionally buy from too.

So make the most of their prices and get more for your wardrobe that you can’t wait to find your hidden treasures.

Look Book Friday/What Love to wear

So I have had my fashion fix this year, and have bought some really nice items. They really complement my wardrobe, and that for me is important.

This is the kind of outfit I love to wear.

The top you see is from TU sainsbury’s and was inside out, as a good hack protects the outside of the outfit, with a pair of leggins and a pair or black trainers I owe.

This top comes with a vest underneath but is so light to wear that it is going to my daily top and one I love wearing. It hides my lumps and bumps as was bought from Very.

The top is from Amazon along with the trainers and leggins from New Look.

I love wearing these clothes it still gives me a style and is my everyday uniform.

I like have a wardrobe full of colour and with these looks above I feel I have that.

Fashion I have loved wearing/Best buys

Here is a new type of video, my Favourite Fashion items I have been loving and wearing.

I love a full wardrobe and items that I can easily put together, and items that are easy to wear.

For me fashion has to be fun and colourful, I rarely do plain as I like patterned or different type of tops, and wear leggins, shorts or jeans to cover up my legs.

I do have dresses I can wear, and have worn them, but I like to have an everyday outfit that I can change throughout the day.

Fashion for the weekend how to get the most out of your wardrobe

Being back at home I have had a good declutter of some clothes and packed up my winter clothes as we are having warmer weather, and when it comes to knowing what to wear follow the one item in the one item out.

I have enough clothes to be getting on with and I am looking forward in choosing what to wear now.

Weekend fashion should be different to what you wear during the week, so more casual.

So here are my top items that is worth investing in:

  1. A good washable comfortable top, which is light on and not too heavy and is stylish too
  2. Invest into leggins but with a pair of jeans too, my staple this year is my jean shorts
  3. A good pair bands, trainers and flip flops that you can wear indoors and out
  4. Shoulder bag. I always invest in having these and great to carry only what you really need
  5. Comfortable underwear and feel snug but again lightweight for the summer
  6. A good swimming costume if I do any swimming this year
  7. A light weight sweater or cardigan
  8. Put on some Jewellery that you don’t wear during the week

It is good to do things differently when it comes to the weekend and it helps expand you wardrobe and even some cool sweats is great for those who don’t go out at the weekends but catch up on chores.

So today I am gonna go for a walk and already got up, dress and done make up and it feels good to put on some nice clothes that I necessarily would wear during the week.

Bedtime Fashion

For my bedtime, I love a good quality set of matching pjamas that come with elasticated waists and not plain. I not really good with just plain bedtime clothes so I do like to buy nice sets and in a nightie, sometimes.

Even if the bottom half is plain I like a pattern on top, and it helps me look foward to going to bed and I sleep better when I have a pair I love on.

You can get really nice nightware from Avon for a good price, and I would like to visit Primark again soon to see if I can get two more sets for summer and for the winter. I often will go through my nightware to have a clear out, and follow one item in, one item out.

Marks and Spencers is my go to shop too, but their clothing can be high in price, but it is good to treat yourself to a new set of nightware as it helps maitain your wellbeing and can last a long time.

I tend to go with comfort first and if they wash well, and colours don’t run after clothes, and easy to put on and take off.

I like to also mix and match my nightware, by wearing a different set of bottoms to the top, and I enjoy wearing t-shirts as bedtime wear too.

You don’t need to spend the earth for a good set of nightware just paying that extra can help in terms of quality, but at the same time you don’t need to break the bank in order to splurge on a new set of night clothes.

So I will talk about in my next blog about “Finding some good playsuits” as I do like to add these to my wardrobe.

Get Ready for the Summer/Dressing for a Pub Lunch

Hello, so I do like winter when it comes to layering up, yet today it was so good to be outside without a coat on and just been sitting out in the Sun now and I am so ready for the summer. The one thing on my agenda is a pub lunch and I did promise to do more try on video for some items I bought on Shien but this is on hold, as I have done a lot of videos and want you all as my viewers to catch up before I do any more.

However I will share the fashion I am going for this year, and tips on buying items for the summer. I am looking for items I can where, if I the music festivals will be on and I have gone with patterned and comfortable. I don’t over do it when it comes to buying shorts, but enough that will last me a few summers.

If you would like to see the haulI did showing the shorts I have bought this year then click here: White House and Shein Haul and was a sponsored video aswell as this post, and I have gone for colour, as i do have a pair of Denim shorts and a peachy orangy colour, from Primark, and so I wanted some with a bit of extra colour and can be worn on Holiday, going to a pub near the river and for a music festival.

If you aren’t into colour and want plain Shein do a whole range of different styles and types, that I have downloaded their APP To find more goodies, but I do limit my spend and i do get credit which helps, along with commission being a referal, to their site.

I don’t go with any retailer, but ones I know are good and easy to order, when I want and how I want.

The other item isn the TEE (T-Shirt), and I have to invest in some good quality shirts. I don’t go for plain and like a bit of charactor, and being a music lover, when I do attend the music festivals, I will be working on (if they go ahead) be wearing a concert T-Shirt, as they are collectors items.

I like this look it for me is a go to look and great with a ankle bracelet and a nice pair of sandals or flip flops.

For me in the summer its easy, comfortable and breathable clothing that still gives you a sense of style and dance the night away when at a Summer Festival, of any kind, and can be great for at home BBQ’s and for being out listening to outdoor bands, in many pubs, if any are going to be doing this, this year, and an T-Shirt is always a item that never goes out of fashion and can be worn all year round.

When it comes to the summer I also like a nice long summer skirt and I hope to be reunited soon with my clothes that came from Epsom to hopefully a new home as I have a long pink pattern skirt which I bought when I went on an Iberia cruise and you can’t fault these and are a great item to have.

This is one from Shien and they have a great range of summer sandals too which compliment many summer shorts and skirts and so are worth checking out. I am also wanting to look in stores again, like H&M as I do like the deals they have on vest tops, and so like to have a couple more of these cause again they are great for all year round especially during the warmer months just as they are. There are bralet one available, and to add in the winter under a shirt and a jumper as an extra layer and not needing a bra included.

Fashion for the weekend

Hello! I have written a blog post on my site https://thestylishmamma.blogspot.com and about What I like to wear at the weekend. The post is due to go live today at 9am, and I like to have clothe that I don’t think about, but still look like i made some effort.

When it comes to the weekend, is “Am I going to stay in all day?” or “Will I go out?” and what to wear if I do.

I love these tops on Amazon and so easy to wear and wash well. They are in expensive and now I have been spending days indoors I can wear these tops with a pair of Denim shorts, a pair of black leggins, Trousers and great range.

I discovered these tops, on amazon last year and they are my favourite. Then I also discovered shein, and they have a massive range of fashion items that I have never seen before and is a favourite APP on my phone. I did a Unboxing/Haul video a few days ago, and will be doing a try on vid or videos this week to show the items on.

Here is a example of a look I like and of their fashion, effortless but chic too.

So I am a Jeans and Leggins girl, and looking to buy a new pair of jeans as I only have the one black pair, but I like to have blue, either a trouser or as Jeggins.

With jeans you can style them to look sassy and elegant, aswell as weekend day time item with a football shirt or a fleece.

Wish Fashion/Musthave APP

Another discovery last year. The Shopping APP Wish. It is addictive and I have items in my basket not yet bought but going to at some point. They do home decor to fashion and its great to find different footwear, jewellery, to stationary to tracksuits and glam wear.

I don’t go out now so it is lounge wear for now, but will be using when I put my outfits together when the events in the summer come up, and it has made my love for clothes, bags and other items, more excited than ever.

So, Bank Holiday and I am going to film a shop with me tomorrow and have a Happy May Day Peeps.
